Somerset Maughan? I always felt he was a cruel old fruit. Maybe I should read him again? In fact I climbed up to the top shelves in my library and dislodged “The Razors Edge”. Did you delve through it? in reference from the overwhelming semantic ineffability of Katha Upanishad: “The sharp edge of a razor is difficult to pass over; thus the wise say the path to salvation is hard.” Yeah?
